In the Build A Quilt InThe Hoop - Block Basics Set 2. Now you will be able to make the three more of the most common blocks in quilting, in the hoop of your emboirdery machine. In order to make all three sizes of each block you will need a 5x7 hoop.
The Block Basics Set 2 includes the Flying Geese Unit, The Split Rail and the Diamond in a Square. Each has a file for the following sizes - 3", 4" and 5" finished blocks.
Build A Quilt includes built-in Guidelines for the small amount of machine sewing that is required for certain types of block segments and for piecing the segments into larger blocks. There is no need for 1/4 piecing foot on your sewing machine as the seam guides will give you accurate seaming each time.
The packet also includes, Placement templates and our NEW Coloring Sheets (to help you plan your quilt colors before you cut the fabric.)
There are full written and diagramed instructions, plus a video with step by step instructions and info on tools and trimming, plus little tips and tricks as well. That link is for private use and comes in the packet at the time of purchase.
This set will allow you to create your own quilts and create the quilts from other written patterns that you may already own. We call that Quilts in Translation (video linked atthe end of the HowTo video.)
