What is your return policy?
It is our desire to bring only quality products to our customers, but we realize that sometimes things arrive and aren't what you expected, so we set-up some return information for your reference and use. Before you make a return please feel free to contact us to discuss the situation in case we can help you in some way.
Returns of physical products unopened within 30days is available at full refund.
Physical Products that are opened can be returned within 30 days at 90% refund.
Digital File Products and video/live Workshops are non-refundable
Event and Class enrollments are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to the beginning date of the event.
​Quilt Lab memberships are not refundable. However, once you are a member, you may cancel your membership before it auto renews
at the end of your individual member 12 months.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift Cards are available for Build A Quilt. Click the "more" dropdown box at the top of the homepage and you will see "gift cards."
Gift cards - DO NOT EXPIRE
You may choose any dollar amount of 5$ -150$ per gift card
Recipient will receive an email with link and code. This information should be kept in a safe place as if it is a physical card.
