Digital Products All digital patterns, downloads, and Quilt Lab materials are non‑refundable due to their instant‑access nature. However, if you ever run into trouble accessing your files or something isn’t working as expected, please reach out — I’m always happy to help make it right.

 

Physical Products Physical items (such as bobbin sets, printed materials, or other shipped goods) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days with a photo of the issue. I’ll replace it or refund it — whichever you prefer.

 

Non‑Returnable Items For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:opened thread or bobbin setsused notionsany item showing wear or usedigital products (as noted above)

 

Exchanges At this time, exchanges are not offered. If you need a different item, you can return the unopened product (within the return window) and place a new order.
