Physical Products Physical items (such as bobbin sets, printed materials, or other shipped goods) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days with a photo of the issue. I’ll replace it or refund it — whichever you prefer.
